You'll ship real things
Our design cycle is eleven weeks from sketch to tooling. You will see your work installed in a building this year.
You'll learn the whole craft
Optics, drivers, finishes, site behaviour. Not one narrow slice of it — the parts that make someone genuinely useful on a project.
You'll become a consultant
Time in front of architects and clients from early on, so you learn to specify and defend a scheme rather than only draw one.
Hybrid where it works
Design, sales and support run three days in office. Plant roles are on site, with transport provided.
